The goal of WELL Africa is to eradicate child labor in the cocoa supply chain, and other sectors, with a new and integrated ...plan which takes into consideration all contributing factors.

     We have built the first school in Touih. Touih is a village formed by 90 farm camps with 20,000 inhabitants. A survey made by our team in Touih found that 591 children are out of school, which represents 53% of the child population.

     We will empower entire communities through youth education.

     We will initiate an innovative and integrated education system.

     We will work to promote and protect children's rights.

     We will strengthen existing community-based organizations.

     We will improve income and livelihood for cocoa-producing households.

     We will teach business skills to farmers to facilitate more effective trade with suppliers.

     We will increase cocoa quality and productivity at the farm level.
